Billy has been under Serenity Mode’s care since the business kickstarted as our first NDIS participant. Billy lives in a Supported Independent Living accommodation in Melbourne’s SE suburbs and receives direct support from our friendly team. The support that Billy receives allows him to engage in his favourite activities of painting and gardening, as well as accessing the local community.
