All Serenity Mode staff and volunteers must follow our Code of Conduct when supporting people with disability and aged care.
What We Expect
Our team must always:

Respect individual rights – including freedom of choice, self-expression, and decision-making.

Protect privacy – follow our privacy policy at all times.

Work safely and skillfully – provide services with care and professionalism.

Be honest and transparent – act with integrity in all situations.

Speak up about concerns – report anything that may affect safety or service quality.

Prevent harm – take action against any violence, neglect, abuse, or exploitation.

Avoid conflicts of interest – and declare any personal interests to Serenity Mode.

Prevent sexual misconduct – take steps to identify and respond to any inappropriate behavior.
What’s Not Allowed
Serenity Mode staff and volunteers must not:

Build special relationships with clients for personal gain.

Use their role or confidential information for personal benefit.

Give false or misleading information when asked for official purposes.
Raising a Concern
Anyone can report a potential breach of the Code of Conduct by emailing admin@serenitymode.com as we take all concerns seriously and will handle them with professionalism and confidentiality.
