Your Responsibilities
To help us support you better, we ask that you:

Let us know how you’d like your support delivered.

Treat our staff with courtesy and respect.

Talk to us if you have any concerns about your services.

Give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a shift. (If not, our cancellation policy will apply.)

Give us 28 days’ notice if you want to end your service agreement.

Tell us right away if your funding changes or stops.
